KLM release last phase of Sunset Ridge
Home shoppers seeking a new semi-custom single-family home should head out to Richmond, where KLM Builders has made 100 new home sites available in its third and final phase at Sunset Ridge Estates.
Some of the home sites in the third phase are set in a cul-de-sac, while others span nearly an acre in size and are wooded or back up to scenic ponds. Some are also amenable to daylight or walkout basements.
Additionally, KLM Builders announced four new floor plans at Sunset Ridge Estates, including The Adams, a ranch home with three bedrooms and two baths that can provide up to 1,800 square feet of living space.
Buyers can select from over 22 distinctive designs, including 10 ranch plans and several two-story styles that feature a first-floor master bedroom.
Each home features three to five bedrooms, two to four baths, a two- to three-car garage, full basement, vaulted and nine-foot ceilings, oak trim and stair rails, city sewer and water, sod in the front and seed in the rear yard. Prices currently range from $272,900 to $439,900 (including a standard home site) for homes ranging in size from 1,621 to 3,490 square feet and that include a 10-year structural warranty.
Among the popular options buyers can choose are screened porches, Whirlpool tubs, granite countertops, fireplaces and finished basement space.
Sales for Sunset Ridge Estates are in the sales center/model home located at 10940 Partridge Trail in Richmond.
