Huntley library to close Monday for maintenance

The Huntley Area Public Library will close from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to perform building maintenance. For safety reasons, the library will be closed to the public.

Library staff will be using this time for training, staff meetings and to catch up on their workload.

Patrons will enjoy better air circulation from the installation of ceiling fans and improvements to the landscaping.

The library will reopen from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday for patrons who need services. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday.

Patrons who have items due for return Monday can deposit them in the drop-box outside the library or visit during the evening hours.
