Tours offered Sept. 29 at Amberly Woods

Residential Homes of America, Inc. (RHA) has announced a hardhat tour on Saturday, Sept. 29, at Amberley Woods Condominiums, its condominium community being built on the grounds of the former Blithefield Estate in Lake Forest.

Visitors are invited to participate in the hardhat tour so they can see the interior of the first condominium building taking shape at the maintenance-free master plan community. RHA will construct 45 luxury condominiums in the first building at Amberley Woods, with pre-construction pricing starting in the low $500,000s. The first deliveries are scheduled to begin early next year at the same time as decorated models will be grand opening.

To visit the Amberley Woods community, take I-94 to Route 60, east to Conway Farms Drive, south one block to Amberley Court. Follow the wooded road to the sales center, located in the historic Blithefield Mansion. The sales center is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. or by appointment.
