New models offered at Shorewood Towne Center

Shoppers who visit The Residences at The Shorewood Towne Center have four new models to walk through at Distinctive Companies' newest community, which features 340 semi-custom, single-family homes in Shorewood.

The four model homes are:

• The Manchester II, which has four bedrooms and 2½ baths;

• The Stratford, a four-bedroom, 2½-bath home;

• The Brookshire, featuring a side-load garage, four bedrooms and 2½ baths; and

• The Princeton, a ranch with three bedrooms and two baths.

Distinctive Companies also recently introduced its newest floor plan, The Bradford, a single-level plan with three bedrooms and two baths.

Each of the community's 11 designs includes three to five bedrooms, two- to 3½ baths, attached two- to three-car garage, full front porch, formal dining room and/or living room, large great room, master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and full bath, kitchen complete with an oversized pantry, large dinette area and sliding glass door, and first-floor laundry room (per plan). Base prices range from $289,990 to $410,990 (all prices subject to change without notice), and sizes vary from 1,825 to 4,000 square feet.

First deliveries are now under way. For a limited time, buyers can take advantage of an incentive that adds several standard inclusions to each new home, including:

• Granite kitchen countertops;

• Air conditioning;

• Hardwood oak flooring;

• Nine-foot first-floor ceilings;

• Basements (per plan);

• Landscape package, which includes sodded front yard and seeded side and rear yards;

• All appliances -- refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Among the included amenities are elevated and covered front porches decked in cultured stone, custom kitchen cabinets and handsome oak trim. Several plans include a spacious second-floor balcony and two-story entries. Walkout or lookout basements are available.

A Georgetown home is now available for early fall delivery. The Georgetown is located on a lake with views. It boasts four bedrooms, 2½ baths, an expanded wraparound front porch, a second-floor balcony off the master bedroom suite, a two-way fireplace in the dinette and great room, a full basement, and 2,500 square feet.

The Residences will be the biggest component of The Shorewood Towne Center, a mixed-use development with shops, restaurants, parks and civic uses.
