Design studio opens doors at Palatine Place

Palatine Place will feature condominiums, two-story rowhouse-style condos and penthouses.

Palatine Place, Focus Development's community in Palatine of 109 attached luxury residences, has a new design studio. It recently opened within the expanded off-site sales office.

The all-new design studio showcases a variety of displays and product samples, making it even easier for buyers to choose fixtures, finishes and upgrades.

Construction is expected to begin at Palatine Place in the fall, so no models are available yet.

The design studio includes mocked-up displays of a full kitchen and master bath as they would actually appear in a finished Palatine Place home. Also featured are a range of tile, carpeting and hardwood flooring samples, cabinet and granite countertop displays, plumbing fixtures, door and cabinetry hardware, lighting choices and more for shoppers to see.

Anderson added that the sales office now provides an animated virtual reality tour of the property and its floor plans, as well as a tabletop architectural model of the finished community.

Pre-construction pricing on all the residences is available, but only for a limited time.

Shoppers can select from an array of designs across three different product lines at Palatine Place:

• 101 traditional condominiums;

• 2 high-end penthouse condominiums; and

• 6 two-story, rowhome-style condominiums.

Each home will boast one to three bedrooms, one to 2½ baths, and 845 to 3,455 square feet, and some include a den or family room. All units will feature a deluxe master bath and an upgraded kitchen equipped with 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Base prices for the condominiums range from the $220,000s to the upper $500,000s, with the penthouses priced from the $900,000s.

Bordered by Brockway Street to the west, Wilson Street to the south, Bothwell Street to the east and Wood Street to the north and situated just one block from the local Metra station, Palatine Place will occupy a complete city block that will consist of three buildings of attached homes. It will feature 11,000-square-feet of connected retail space and 44 covered public parking spaces.

Residents can count on a variety of included amenities, such as a fitness area, community room, an attractively landscaped roof garden on the second floor of the condominium building, and 186 heated parking stalls.

Palatine Place is within walking distance of restaurants, stores, the Metra station and boutique shops.

The Palatine Place sales office and design studio is located at 1 N. Bothwell St., on the northeast corner of Palatine Road and Bothwell Street (one block west of Plum Grove Road).
