This factor would disqualify Craig

In response to Larry Jankowski's suggestion that Sen. Larry Craig switch his political party from Republican to Democrat (Fence Post Sept. 14), since the Democratic party accepts people with "alternative lifestyles," I might suggest to Mr. Jankowski that the Democratic Party is open to people of all ages, races, creeds, colors, classes, ethnic origins, and to those with alternative lifestyles.

The Democratic Party draws the line, however, and does not accept liars and hypocrites, and for that reason I feel that Sen. Craig is definitely in the right political party.
