Driving fast, but not fast enough

I can relate to the reader who wrote about traffic speeds on Route 53/290. I drive that way several times a week, at different times of the day. Generally I choose the middle lane, at a speed that could easily earn me a ticket. Rarely do I pass anyone, though I get passed on both sides by cars and trucks going 5-10 mph faster than I am (including a large Illinois Tollway truck the other day). I'm just waiting for the ultimate insult: I'll be pulled over and given two tickets. One for speeding, and the other for going too slow and impeding traffic.
