New plans offered at Lakewood Crossing
Lakewood Homes has announced the debut of four new single-family floor plans at Lakewood Crossing, a clubhouse community in Hampshire.
The new Premier Series features four two-story homes sized from 2,048 to 2,819 square feet, each available in three exterior elevations. The homes feature four bedrooms, 2½ baths, basements and two-car attached garages and start at $249,990.
Lakewood Crossing offers buyers a wide choice of both village homes and single-family plans. There are 268 village homes priced from the $100s and 272 single-family homes priced from the $240s.
Four furnished single-family models along with three furnished village home models recently opened at the community.
The new Premier Series plans at Lakewood Crossing are as follows:
• The Arlington is a two-story plan measuring 2,048 square feet. Highlights are a centrally located staircase between the living room and family room plus a second-floor family room in addition to the four bedrooms. This plan is priced from $249,990.
• The Berkeley is a 2,474-square-foot two-story with a large family room open to the kitchen. Upstairs, a second family room is featured, along with three secondary bedrooms and a master suite. The Berkeley starts at $264,990.
• The Claremont is a 2,600-square-foot plan featuring a dramatic stairway on the first floor next to the large kitchen and family room. Upstairs, a second family room is included, along with walk-in closets in two of the three secondary bedrooms. The master suite has dual walk-in closets. This home is priced from $274,990.
• The fourth plan from the Premier Series is the Devonshire, sized at 2,819 square feet. This home showcases a dramatic two-story entry foyer, a large family room and a corner den. Upstairs, a laundry room and loft are featured, with walk-in closets in three of the four bedrooms. This plan starts at $284,990.
In addition to the new Premier Series plans at Lakewood Crossing, buyers can also consider the five Classic Series two-story designs that range from over 1,500 to more than 2,100 square feet in size, priced from the $240s. There are also six Executive Series homes sized from over 2,300 to almost 4,000 square feet, priced from the $270s.
Village homes at Lakewood Crossing are available in four models that range in size to more than 1,600 square feet, with two to three bedrooms, loft, up to 2½ baths and attached garages. The layouts include eat-in kitchens and spacious master bedrooms, most with walk-in closets and private baths. They are priced from the $160s.
Lakewood Crossing is also a clubhouse community, which provides residents with on-site recreational amenities. The private resident clubhouse at Lakewood Crossing is scheduled to open next spring and will include an outdoor pool, a tennis court, a sand volleyball court, a tot lot and a picnic area with tables and grills. The clubhouse will showcase a great room with fireplace, big-screen television and kitchen. Residents can reserve the clubhouse for parties.
