Sales going on for Willow Place

Sales are underway at Willow Place, a community of 58 townhouses in Wheeling being developed by Lexington Homes.

Willow Place, on Wolf and Old Willow roads, offers two floor plans with 1,789 to 2,012 square feet. Each has three bedrooms, 2½ baths and an attached two-car, rear-loading garage. Base prices range from the $350,000s to the $390,000s.

The Hickory floor plan is a contemporary style with a main-floor master suite, a loft, two-story living and dining rooms, a private side entry and a lower-level family room.

The Chestnut, a more classic floor plan, includes a large kitchen with a breakfast area and an attached laundry room, an upper-level master bedroom and two additional bedrooms.

Buyers have the option of adding another master suite or a powder room to the home.

All homes at Willow Place come with 9-foot first-floor ceilings, private balconies, maple cabinets and GE stainless steel kitchen appliances.
