Pre-construction prices offered at Autumn Ridge

Autumn Ridge is a new community in North Aurora where Joe Keim Builders recently began pre-construction sales on the first of 63 semi-custom single-family residences.

Autumn Ridge is set on scenic former farmland on Deerpath Road, just north of Oak Street and near I-88 and Orchard Road. The setting offers a quiet environment, yet situated near shops, stores and restaurants.

Home sites range in size from 14,000 to 21,000 square feet, equating to approximately a quarter acre to a half acre of space.

Shoppers can select from nine floor plans, among them a ranch and a two-story design with a first-floor master bedroom suite. Each home comes with three to four bedrooms, three to four baths, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor and in the full basement, kitchen with granite countertops, fireplace, three-car garage (per plan) and oak flooring in the foyer.

Prices range from $485,400 to $707,600.

Sales are being conducted at two other Joe Keim Builders communities: Deerbrook in Aurora and Majestic Oaks in St. Charles, which both feature model homes. To reach Deerbrook, take I-88 and head south on Route 59; head west on Ogden Avenue (Route 34); travel south on Farnsworth Road; turn left on Hafenrichter Road; turn right on Pine Creek Drive and proceed to the community.
