Built on the grounds of the former Klehm Nursery, The Woods of South Barrington is a low-maintenance, gated enclave of 156 homes for those 55 and older. Part of a master planned community housing 392 luxury homes, prices range from the low $500,000s to more than $1 million.
Regency homeowners will enjoy a country club lifestyle with amenities including a clubhouse scheduled to open next spring. It will house a fitness center, activity rooms, locker rooms, a library with a computer center, card rooms for men and women, as well as a party room.
