Final sales are underway at Majestic Oaks in St. Charles, which includes 138 custom homes such as The Nottingham.
A dozen remaining home sites and two move-in-ready homes are available at Majestic Oaks in St. Charles, a community of 138 custom homes by Joe Keim Builders.
The first of the completed homes is The Buckingham, at 3012 Glacier Court. The two-story home includes four bedrooms, four baths, an English basement with bath rough-in, a custom oak staircase with wrought iron spindles, formal living and dining rooms, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a two-story family room and a kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a buffet-sized island with eating bar.

Twelve lots also are available. Buyers can select from hundreds of Joe Keim Builders' custom home designs ranging in price from the low $700,000s to $1 million or more.
Buyers also can provide an outside floor plan or blueprint, as long as it conforms to the development's architectural covenants.
