Sales off to quick start at Carillon at Cambridge Lakes
Cambridge Homes has sold 20 homes in the first month of pre-construction sales for the active-adult community Carillon at Cambridge Lakes in Pingree Grove.
Carillon at Cambridge Lakes includes 405 acres and is planned to feature 1,297 ranch-style homes among three series, as well as 129 acres of open space.
The community will feature maintenance-free living and include a clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis and bocce ball courts, horseshoes, walking trails, a three-hole golf course, a community garden and a play area for visiting grandchildren.
Home designs include the Bayside series townhouses and Resort series single-family homes, as well the Composer series single-family attached homes.
The Bayside series features four ranch-style townhouse designs ranging from 1,161 to 1,332 square feet with one bedroom and den to two bedrooms, one to two baths and two-car garages.
The Bayside series are built as back-to-back duplexes with four homes attached so that every home is on the end. Base prices range from $178,000 to $192,000, however reduced prices will be provided for the first 12 homes that are sold.
The new Composer series consists of four ranch-style single-family attached designs ranging from 1,401 to 1,716 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths and two-car attached garages. Base prices range from $218,000 to $232,000, however reduced prices will be provided for the first 20 homes that are sold.
The Resort series features five single-family plans. Four of the plans are ranch designs and one is a two-story version with a main-level master suite. The homes range from 1,475 to 2,322 square feet with two to three bedrooms with up to four available per plan, two to 2½ baths, two-car garages and optional basements. Additionally, buyers will be able to opt for three-car garages. Base prices range from $255,000 to $289,000, however reduced prices will be provided for the first 40 homes that are sold.
All homes will be Energy Star certified to meet the highest possible EPA/Energy Star Homes program guidelines, which require homes to be at least 50 percent more energy efficient than called for by the 2004 International Energy Conservation Code.
Carillon at Cambridge Lakes will be located to the immediate north and across Higgins Road (Route 72) from the existing Cambridge Lakes community.
Pre-construction sales for Carillon at Cambridge Lakes are taking place from a sales center located in the Cambridge Lakes community. To visit, take I-90 to Route 47. Travel south roughly 3.5 miles to Route 72 (Higgins Road), then east one mile to the Cambridge Lakes entrance on the right. Follow the entrance road (Richard J. Brown Boulevard) to Wester Boulevard and turn right, following signs to the sales center.
