Remembering WWI: The Bartlett Public Library District presents "A Remembrance of World War I" at 2 p.m. Sunday. The program will feature displays of military equipment and artifacts, and a presentation by local residents Jay Perkins and Amy Cawley about the United States' involvement in the Great War.

Perkins and Cawley are volunteers at the museum. They have participated in numerous battle re-enactments from World War I and other wars, and enjoy making history come alive.

Perkins will talk about the battles themselves, while Cawley will discuss the social impact of the war on the United States.

Refreshments will be served. The program is free, but reservations are required. For more information or to register, call the reference desk at (630) 837-2855.
