Townhouse to attract diverse buyers

Rolling Meadows-based Kimball Hill Homes announced plans for Mayfair Courtyard Townhouses, a community of 172 townhouses located near the corner of Route 59 and Audrey Lane between 75th Street and Ogden Avenue in Naperville.

"Naperville, or 'neighbor' ville as residents call it, is truly a fantastic place to live," says Jack Wexelberg, regional president for Kimball Hill Homes.

"Just as Naperville itself has been noted as appealing for people of all ages, the Mayfair Courtyard Townhouses will also appeal to a variety of people, including young couples and down-sizers," says Wexelberg.

The two- and three-level floor plans, which will include a raised-ranch, offer versatile layouts. The homes will offer both formal and informal living areas as well as private outdoor space.

Residents at Mayfair will enjoy exclusive amenities including walking trails, a putting green, bocce ball courts and horseshoe pits. Homeowners will also have access to a park with community grills.
