Duplexes selling fast at Creekside Crossing

With nine homes remaining in the initial phase at Creekside Crossing, Lennar is closing out the first half of sales in the new community of 64 attached homes in Plainfield.

Located between County Line Road and Route 59 off of Renwick Road, Creekside Crossing offers three duplex floor plans measuring 1,650 to 1,966 square feet. Priced from the low $200,000s, the homes feature two to three bedrooms, 2 to 2½ baths, full basements and attached two-car garages.

Buyers who purchase one of the nine remaining duplexes can opt for immediate delivery or choose from move-in dates through February 2008.

The duplexes at Creekside Crossing have 9-foot first-floor ceilings, kitchens with GE appliances, 36-inch maple kitchen cabinets with crown molding and roll-out trays, deluxe master baths with dual-bowl European-height vanities and separate soaking tubs and showers, an installed GE washer and dryer, fully sodded home sites and professional landscaping.

Three floor plans are available. The 1,650-square-foot Raphael is a two-bedroom, two-bath ranch home with a full basement.

Buyers also can choose the Delacroix, a 1,827-square-foot home with three bedrooms and 2½ baths. Its layout is more traditional, with separate living and dining areas and all bedrooms on the upper level.

The community's third floor plan is the Botticelli, a 1,966-square-foot two-story home with three bedrooms, including a first-floor master suite, and 2½ baths. It is priced at $245,990.
