Summerhaven in Lake Geneva offers a variety of housing styles including three ranch designs.

The setting of Lake Geneva's Summerhaven affords home sites with nice views of mature trees that outline the community, along with many ponds throughout the development. This gated all ages community will be comprised of 82 homes. There will also be a year round community swimming pool and a completely restored, 1890's manor house community center. Two-story designs capture an abundance of light with their two-story foyers along with three large picture windows and open staircase to the above loft. The second floor features a convenient laundry facility, volume ceilings and hall bath with double bowl sink vanities. The master suite also features a volume ceiling, walk-in closet, balcony and an oversized soaker tub and separate shower and double bowl vanity in the master bath.

Single level ranch homes offer three different exteriors, while interiors include such features as dens, arched entrance, laundry rooms, a large kitchen with island, built-in pantry, volume ceilings over the kitchen and family room and second bedroom. The master bedroom has his/her walk-in closets and large corner soaker tub, 4-foot shower and 6-foot double bowl vanities. Fireplaces are optional and the ranch designs offer three different locations for the fireplace. Partial basements are standard and full/or finished basements are optional.

Interiors feature decorative stained oak railings, painted six panel Colonist trim and doors, quality carpet, deluxe polished brass electrical lighting fixtures along with hardwood floors (oak or maple) and ceramic baths. Kitchens feature islands (in ranch and Capri models) along with designer oak cabinets and built-in pantry.
