Residents invited to weigh in on 'facility needs'

Naperville Unit District 203 officials have been talking about "facility needs" for months, but now it's your turn to weigh in.

The district is seeking community input -- from those without children in the district as well as parents -- on recommendations and options to improve several schools.

In Touch the Future meetings, community members can offer feedback on three options that carry differing price tags.

Participants will view a video and PowerPoint presentation. They then may discuss details at stations set up around the issues identified at Naperville Central High School, Mill Street Elementary, the early childhood program and Naperville North High School, as well as front door security issues at Ranch View and Prairie elementary schools and Washington Junior High School.

Residents will be asked to comment on the option they would support, either by completing a paper form at the meeting or online.

Meetings are open to all residents regardless of attendance area. No reservations are required.
