•Carla M. Kmiec, 17, of 24851 N. Route 59 was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Aug. 16 at Route 59 and Providence and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, a police report said. She has court on Sept. 13.

Inverness

•Zach R. Zurawski, 18, of 23515 N. Spring Drive, Barrington, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on Aug. 18 at near Palatine Road and New Abbey Drive and charged with possession and use of fireworks, a police report said. He has court on Sept. 20.
