Briefs: State of Kentucky chooses IRMS

DOWNERS GROVE -- Integrated Warehousing Solutions, a provider of supply chain execution solutions, announced the state of Kentucky has selected the IRMS Warehouse Management System for its inventory and patient tracking system. The Kentucky Department for Public Health has announced the creation of the Kentucky Public Health Interoperable Communication System, a program that will allow interoperable communications and incident management between the state and local health departments statewide.

Feldco employees help during flood

NORRIDGE -- A team of Feldco Factory Direct employees volunteered in sandbagging and flood relief efforts along the Des Plaines River. Feldco employees came to the aid of Des Plaines residents, assisting homeowners in sandbagging their homes to avoid further flood damage due to the river overflowing. Feldco is a window, siding and door replacement specialist. In Illinois, it has showrooms in Norridge, Chicago, Downers Grove and Rockford.
