Putin for president -- of United States

Why don't we ask Russian President Putin to run for our presidency? Everything's running well in Russia, plus Putin makes a fool out of Bush every time they meet. Now Russia owns the Arctic Sea, while Bush is asleep at the switch. When Russia has a terrorist problem, it's over in a day or two, not years.
