Two years after opening the sales center and first models in the Eaglecrest neighborhood at Grande Reserve, a master-planned community in Yorkville, Gladstone Homes launches the final phase of sales.

Gladstone, which is building 94 homes in Eaglecrest, released 19 new sites.

"These newly released sites include cul-de-sac lots and several that back to the bike and walking trails," said Patricia Powell, Gladstone's general sales manager.

Grande Reserve also features a nearby conservation area, six miles of biking/walking trails, seven neighborhood parks and access to I-88. The clubhouse offers recreation rooms and meeting space, the aquatic center features three pools.

The Eaglecrest neighborhood is at the core of Grande Reserve and features Gladstone homes ranging from 3,073 to 4,043 square feet with kitchen-centered floor plans, priced from the upper $300,000s.

Standard amenities in Gladstone's Premiere Series homes include kitchen appliances, furniture-finished wood cabinets, hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen and dinette, and master baths with soaking tubs and separate showers. Each homes has four or more bedrooms, an office or study, a stone fireplace in the family room, a three-car garage and basements (according to plan). Some plans offer outdoor entertainment areas and bonus rooms.
