'AfterSchool' fair helps you find care for your child

The Northern Fox Valley AfterSchool and Beyond Network will host the second annual AfterSchool and Beyond Resource Fair, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Gail Borden Public Library, 270 N. Grove Ave., Elgin.

Local providers will come together to provide "one-stop shopping" for programs and activities available to parents for their children before and after school, as well as on weekends and holidays.

Organizations will be available to answer questions and provide information on their programs including costs, types of activities and scholarships.

This event is free to the public, and there will be giveaways and door prizes.
