Briefs: Synegrate awarded school contracts

CARPENTERSVILLE -- Synegrate Corp. announced that Fox River Graphics, a wholly owned subsidiary, has been awarded a $236,000 contract to provide integrated audiovisual systems for two area schools. Fox River Graphics, an AV integrator, will install Dukane projectors, Draper screens, and SP Pixie controllers in sixty two classrooms and meeting and training rooms in Wright Elementary School, Hampshire, and Gilberts Elementary School, Gilberts.

Business planning seminar slated

ST. CHARLES -- "The How's and Why's of Business Planning" is the title of a Small Business Committee Luncheon that takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. The St. Charles Chamber of Commerce is organizing the event at 18 North Restaurant, 18 N. 4th St., St. Charles. The cost is $20 for members and $25 for guests. William Papp, president of P & F Business Advisors Inc., presents the seminar about planning for your success. Reservations should be made by Friday through the chamber.
