Brief: Agreement is for the kids
The Wheeling Park District approved an intergovernmental agreement Tuesday with Wheeling Township Elementary School District 21. The agreement will allow both parties to continue the Children in Action Program. The program is a before-school and after-school alternative that provides options for working parents throughout the year. Children In Action is available to parents of children from kindergarten through fifth grade at Field, Tarkington and Twain schools in Wheeling on all regular school calendar days. The agreement will last one year and will be reviewed again next summer.
