Man gets prison for theft: A Lockport man was sentenced Thursday to 4.5 years in prison for stealing $93,000 from his Wood Dale employer. Daniel R. Bianchi, 42, pleaded guilty during an April 23 court hearing to stealing heavy machinery parts and engines from his 13-year employer and selling them to contacts he made through his work. Bianchi illegally kept the profits from the sales. He faced up to seven years in prison when DuPage Associate Judge Mark Dwyer sentenced him.
