Let's condemn and halt all dog fighting

Cruel and inhumane dog fighting is flourishing and infiltrating the suburbs. The violent and immoral criminals affiliated with dog fighting are profiting through gambling, and encouraging young people to participate in the heinous mistreatment of dogs, cats and other innocent creatures.

Mindless rappers and other entertainers are a problem because they condone dog fighting and cruelty against animals. Certain segments of society think animal abuse is an acceptable and even trendy form of behavior. Politicians, law enforcement, community leaders and people of good conscience must unite and condemn dog fighting and the violent criminals who profit from it. They are not only torturing and killing dogs, they are imperiling public safety via traumatizing and training fighting canines to attack people.
