Feasibility study coming

Feasibility study coming:

The village of Round Lake Beach will conduct a feasibility study for one of its tax increment financing districts as the area begins to see redevelopment. Mayor Rich Hill said the study is required by the holders of the village's TIF bonds and will cost the village $15,000. The study will cover the area that includes Wal-Mart, Dominick's and the long-vacant 84 Lumber site. The Dominick's is closed and the Wal-Mart will be vacant because it is set to be replaced with a Wal-Mart Supercenter in another area of town. No tenants have been earmarked for those two stores, but the shopping center is to be renovated according to the village. The 84 Lumber site will soon be redeveloped with new stores as well.
