Student-Run Waterleaf Dining Room, Culinary Market to Open in June for Summer

The student-run Waterleaf Dining Room and Culinary Market at College of DuPage will both open for summer term on Tuesday, June 14. Students in the International Cuisine class take guests on a gastronomic tour of the world with recipes celebrating the seasons and using the freshest ingredients. Lunches start at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesdays, June 14 (Tuscany), June 21 (Provence), June 28 (Greece), July 12 (Argentina) and July 19 (Thailand). The menus can be viewed here, and the cost is $20, which includes tax. Wines are available by the glass.
