    Eduardo D. Ferrer Jr., 36, of Aurora, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 2:34 a.m. Tuesday after deputies responded to a 911 hang-up call and domestic disturbance at his home, and he failed to comply with deputy’s commands, according to a sheriff’s report.

    Palatine police made two driving under the influence arrests and two more for felony drug possession as part of a Christmas and New Years Holiday Traffic Safety Campaign, according to the department. Officers also issued 50 tickets for seatbelt violations, 21 tickets for speeding and nine to drivers using a cell phone.

    Tecumseh A. Henry III, 31, of Elgin, was arrested Thursday after members of the Elgin Police Department’s special investigations division executed a search warrant after a monthlong investigation into reports of drug sales at the residence, according to a police report. Henry was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers found cocaine and items indicative of drug use and sales in the home.

    Alfonso Estrada Jr. and Edgar A. Torres, both 18 and from Elgin, were charged Monday with armed violence, vehicular invasion, three counts of aggravated battery and mob action, according to court records and a police report.
