St. Charles garden club offers $3,000 scholarship
High school seniors and college students who reside within St. Charles Unit District 303 and are interested in college studies related to botany, conservation, land management, ecology, forestry agriculture, horticulture, environmental concerns and/or related studies may apply for a $3,000 scholarship awarded by the Pottawatomie Garden Club of St. Charles.
Applicants may visit the club's website, www.pottagardenclub.org, for more information and to download an application.
Applications may also be obtained at the guidance offices of St. Charles East and North high schools. The deadline to apply is Friday, April 3.
