Women of the World Fashion Gala
"Women of the World" are being presented and celebrated by The Saint Mary Council of Catholic Women (SMCCW),Buffalo Grove, at the Annual Fashion Gala fundraiser on Saturday May 3. The event will take place at Cotillion Banquets in Palatine. While the SMCCW has hosted this event for over 50 years, this year's event will celebrate the many influential women who have made their mark on global society, culture and community toward the betterment of humanity. The tradition of attending the event runs strong as grandmothers, mothers, daughters, aunts and granddaughters join together for a delightful and memorable afternoon. All women and men are invited to attend this year's Annual Fashion Gala; Women of the World.
The Saint Mary School Class of 2014 will represent future leaders of the world in current formal fashions. Entertainment will be provided under the direction of Lacey Rust of Reverie Dance Academy in Buffalo Grove.
