Fox River Men of Harmony turn talents to comedy

The Fox River Men of Harmony chorus will debut another original musical comedy at their 68th annual spring show at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 3, at First United Methodist Church, 216 E. Highland Ave., Elgin. It will be "The Three R's: Reunion, Reminiscing and Recovery."

The featured guest quartet will be the crowd favorite, 2005 Illinois District Champs Skyline. Local quartets Clef Hangers, Golden Chords and Mood Makers also will perform.

Doug Smith, the musical director for Fox River Men of Harmony and past District Quartet Champion, will lead the chorus through this musical comedy maze.

Tickets are $15, $8 for students and free for children 5 and younger.
