Palatine Red Heat helps Tag Out Hunger

The Palatine Baseball Association (PBA) and their 13U Team, Palatine Red Heat, believe in giving back. For the fourth consecutive year, the Palatine Red Heat partnered with Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) in Schaumburg to help put the tag on hunger. The boys packed 63 boxes on Monday, December 16th -- enough to feed 37 children for a year.

FMSC is committed to feeding children and the approach is simple: volunteers hand-pack meals specially formulated for malnourished children, and then sends them to partners... building more successful communities around the world. The food reaches nearly 50 countries a year—more than 70 in their history. For more information or to volunteer at FMSC, go to www.fmsc.org.
