Suburbs welcome H4 Training grand opening Nov. 9

Residents in Wheaton, Winfield, and the surrounding areas now have another option when it comes to fitness. H4 Training is pleased to celebrate the grand opening of its new training facility located in Wheaton. The grand opening will take place at 26W293 Geneva Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187 on Saturday, November 9 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Those in attendance at the Grand Opening can enjoy a tour of the brand-new 3,000 square foot facility, light refreshments, door prizes including free training sessions and a complimentary class that will begin at 3:30 p.m. Space for the class is limited and available on a first-come, first served basis.

H4 Training does not believe in traditional memberships. They believe in results. Instead of paying for training on top of membership dues, at H4, your training is your membership. H4 Training offers only training-based memberships that include any of our three services below:

• 1-on-1 Training -- Best for individuals with very specific needs who require dedicated attention. Our sessions focus on the specific goals of each client with workouts tailored to each person.

• Nexus Training -- Most popular option! With groups as small as 2-4 people, our Nexus Training sessions are like getting the attention of a private trainer at a fraction of the investment! The sessions focus on full-body routines that incorporate strength training, mobility, flexibility and conditioning work.

• Zenith Training – For those looking for the highest level of sports performance training in the western suburbs.

In celebration of their grand opening, H4 Training is offering a 30 day trial for only $89. The 30-Day Personal Training Experience includes two Nexus (Small Group) Training sessions per week and nutritional guidance. Included in the grand opening special pricing is 100% money back guarantee. If you don't see a difference in your body, your strength, your energy level or weight, H4 Training will refund the money.

“H4 Training really is a dream come true,” said Hank Ebeling, Owner and Coach at H4 Training. “We are not just a business but a community of individuals looking to better our health and fitness. I look forward to getting to know the community members and helping them achieve their fitness and health goals.”
