Grayslake Elementary District 46 plans to offer preschool screening for 3- to 5-year-olds for entrance into the program. District 46's preschool program is for children who are educationally at risk or have possible developmental delays. Children must live within District 46 boundaries and age 3 at the time of the screening. Children who are 5 must have turned that age after Sept. 1. Screenings are set for Aug. 23, Sept. 6, Oct. 25 and Dec. 6. For an appointment for more information, call (847) 543-6204 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Screenings are done at Prairieview School at 103 E. Belvidere Road in Hainesville.
