Grayslake Elementary District 46 board members plan to decide whether to increase student fees at a meeting that starts at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. It'll be at Grayslake Middle School, 440 N. Barron Blvd. Officials are to vote on whether to hike school fees by $10 for grades one through eight in 2013-14 and by $25 for kindergarten in 2014-15. It also will be the final meeting for board members Michael Carbone, Ray Millington and Keith Surroz, who didn't seek re-election. Taking the oath of office for 4-year terms will be newcomers Jill Alfrejd, Robert Roop, Steven Strack and James Weidman.
