Lincolnshire's Stevenson High School has launched a new composting program with Sodexo Education and Waste Management. Composting totes will be put in the east and west commons areas during lunch periods to collect food scraps and compostable utensils. Totes will be taken to a collection area and picked up twice a week by Waste Management. Stevenson officials have launched a variety of earth-friendly programs in recent years.
