Palatine library used book sale Feb. 15-17

The Friends of the Palatine Public Library will hold its Winter Used Book Sale from Friday, Feb. 15, to Sunday, Feb. 17, at the main library, 700 N. North Court, Palatine. Hours are 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and 12:30 to 3 p.m. Sunday. The selection includes more than 2,000 books, DVDs and CDs donated by the community and available at a deep discount. Admission is $5 for nonmembers on Friday. Prices drop by half on Sunday. Proceeds benefit the Palatine Public Library District, the Summer Reading Program and other projects. For more information, visit palatinelibrary.org.
