Grayslake North grad to work for Yankees

A 2009 graduate of Grayslake North High School has been hired in an off-field role for the New York Yankees' organization. Ryan Ornstein has accepted a clubhouse management position with the Yankees. He'll head to the Yanks' training complex in Tampa, Fla., after graduating from DePaul University. He'll begin with the minor league Gold Coast Yankees. Ornstein has been working and traveling as a student manager for the DePaul men's basketball team for four years.
