Willowbrook edges Hoffman Estates

Senior forward Joe Biko scored a game-high 21 points, but Hoffman Estates came up 1 point shy against host Willowbrook on Tuesday in a 53-52 nonconference loss.
The Hawks jumped out to a 17-8 lead after the first quarter but were outscored in each subsequent period.

Connor Schwartz and Trevor Pyte contributed 8 points apiece for Hoffman Estates (2-12).
Tiger Greene led the way for Willowbrook (7-7) with 15 points.
Christian Life 70, Christian Liberty 39: Marcus Silva and Wesley Swiderek had 13 points apiece for Christian Liberty, but host Christian Life put up 40 first-half points on the way to a decisive win.
