BeMoved was created by Sherry Zunker, an acclaimed director, choreographer and co-artistic director emeritus of River North Chicago Dance Company, as an inspirational and energizing low-impact cardio-dance fitness program for everyone regardless of movement abilities.

Since its 2009 launch at Chicago’s Lou Conte Dance Studio, BeMoved has expanded to have 50 licensed instructors and classes in 45 locations spanning 10 states and Canada.
