Renee Cisewski Appointed Executive Director of Monarch Landing

Monarch Landing has announced the appointment of Renee Cisewski of Elburn, to the position of Executive Director. Cisewski has more than 18 years of experience in senior living and healthcare services, including 10 years in administration and/or consulting.

Cisewski is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and advanced to various positions within the Central DuPage Health System. She served as the Administrator at Wynscape, the CDH System skilled nursing facility, and as the Director of Campus Operations for their senior living community, Wyndemere. More recently, Cisewski served as the Director of Strategy and Operations for Sawgrass Partners, a full-service advisory firm specializing in financial planning, marketing, operations and project development for senior living communities.

Cisewski holds a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration and was a Leading Age Academy Fellow in 2007. She has served as a board member for the Leading Age Academy Alumni Association, as well as a board member for a CCRC in the Western Suburbs.
