Palatine library looks for feedback

The Palatine Public Library is conducting a satisfaction survey through the middle of June 2012. The survey is available online at palatinelibrary.org or in paper format at all library locations. The library is asking patrons how satisfied they are about library programs, services, and facilities.

There’s a section designed to determine patrons’ awareness of specific services and resources and spaces to comment about ways the library can make each person’s experience better.

“We’re inviting people to give us feedback about how we’re doing so that we can evaluate all that we offer with the perceptions, experiences, and ideas of cardholders in mind,” stated Library Director Susan Strunk. “While many do give us written or verbal comments and suggestions, we are hoping to draw even more from patrons to help us determine what we’re doing really well and where there might be room for improvement.”

Patrons of all ages who use library services in person or online are invited to complete the survey. Summary results of the survey will be shared with the public in the library’s fall newsletter.
