Enjoy pancakes with Elgin PADS to help shelter

On Sunday, Sept. 18, join the volunteers of PADS of Elgin as they host a pancake breakfast and bake sale to benefit our community’s emergency shelter. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

As times continue to be tough for social services in Elgin, volunteers have come together to organize an event that will help allow PADS to continue serving our community.

Volunteers will be on hand to serve a breakfast, and guests can purchase homemade treats from the bake sale, everything from brownies and cookies to pies and cake balls. All while supporting a great cause in Elgin.
