Grayslake Central soccer visit:

Grayslake Central High School's girls soccer players donated their time to visit with younger children at a village school last week. Girls soccer players gave presentations to pupils in kindergarten through fourth grade at Woodview School. Woodview is part of Grayslake Elementary District 46. The teenagers donated their time to teach young children about the great things that go on in the Grayslake area. “It was another great opportunity for our high school athletes to get out into the community and give back,” said coach Mike McCaulou. The teens offered 40-minute presentations throughout the day that focused on soccer drills and skills. They gave the young students an opportunity to learn and improve in the game of soccer and overall athletics. Three coaches and 16 varsity players participated.
