Bartlett

• Benjamin Tracy, 19, of the 1500 block of Old Forge Road, Bartlett, was arrested around 12:10 p.m. Oct. 28 on the 1000 block of West Stearns Road and charged with local ordinance possession of marijuana. His court date is Dec. 14.

• Kyle W. Dary, 18, of the 1200 block of Crystal Shore Drive, Carol Stream, was arrested around 12:55 a.m. Oct. 24 on the 400 block of Ford Lane and charged with traffic violations, consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of alcohol by a minor and zero tolerance. His court date is Dec. 2.

• William Falbo, 49, of the 22W100 block of Cooley Avenue, Winfield, was arrested Oct. 15 on the 1000 block of Army Trail Road and charged with unlawful use of a credit card.

• A train blocking the roadway at Spaulding and Lambert around 7:40 p.m. Oct. 24 could not be moved until a new crew arrived around 9:40 p.m. because the train engineer was over his allotted 12-hour workday and could not move the train.

Hanover Park

• Omar Sanchez, 18, of the 200 block of Brook, Elgin, and Cody M. Wood, 20, of the 500 block of Red Hill Trails, Carol Stream, were arrested around 12:20 p.m. Oct. 28 on the 1000 block of Lake Street and charged with local ordinance possession of marijuana.

• Ricardo Alba, 28, of the 6200 block of Church, Hanover Park, and Daniel Hernandez, 23, of the 3100 block of Villa Maria, Bryan, Texas, were arrested around 10:55 p.m. Oct. 28 at Alba's apartment and charged with delivery of a controlled substance. Hernandez also was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.

• Shane G. Westphal, 25, of the 1300 block of Sacramento, Carpentersville, and Kenneth E. Cunningham, 27, of the 1100 block of Sebring, Elgin, were arrested around 3:35 p.m. Oct. 25 on the 7500 block of Barrington Road and charged with possession of hypodermic needles.

• Richard V. Jacobs, 42, of the 7700 block of Asbury, Hanover Park, was arrested around 2:20 a.m. Oct. 24 on the 1200 block of Lake Street and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Vandals wrote gang graffiti on two buildings on the 6600 block of Pine Tree Oct. 25 or 26.

Hoffman Estates

• Vandals flattened the rear passenger-side tire and put scratches along the entire passenger's side on a 2010 Nissan Rogue in an apartment lot on the 900 block of Atlantic Avenue between 7 p.m. Oct. 26 and 9 a.m. Oct. 27.

Schaumburg

• Burglars broke into a 2011 Toyota RAV4 in a hotel lot at 1550 McConnor Parkway between 8:30 p.m. Oct. 24 and 10:24 a.m. Oct. 25 and stole a GPS valued at $149.

• Burglars broke into a 2002 Hyundai Sonata in a parking lot on the 1100 block of Dickens Way between 9 p.m. Oct. 25 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 26 and stole a GPS valued at $130.

• Burglars broke into a 1988 Oldsmobile sedan on the 1100 block of Copperfield Lane between 9:15 p.m. Oct. 25 and 6 a.m. Oct. 26 and stole a touch screen TV. Loss was estimated at $550.

• Burglars stole a GPS unit and digital camera out of an unlocked 2006 Toyota Matrix on the 1500 block of West Chatham Lane between 10 p.m. Oct. 26 and noon Oct. 27. Value was estimated at $270.

• Thieves stole a wallet valued at $125 from a female visitor to Gameworks, 601 N. Martingale Road, between 11:45 p.m. Oct. 23 and 12:15 a.m. Oct. 24. She placed it on the side of a video game but forgot to pick it up when she finished playing the game. Someone used a credit card in the wallet at a local Speedway gas station.
