Schaumburg Park District hiring party hosts

Party people! Schaumburg Park District has the job for you.

The District is hiring hosts for parties at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road. Responsibilities include setting up parties, greeting guests, providing food and drink service, cleaning up after the party, leading activities and games and interacting with the birthday child and guests to provide a fun, entertaining atmosphere.

"Party hosts are an essential part of our birthday party packages," said Pam Gauper, party coordinator. "As a party host, you'll have a great time creating fun experiences for guests and helping families make memories that will last for years to come."

Party hosts must be 16 or older, have a positive, outgoing personality, be able to communicate with parents, children and guests throughout the events and be available most weekends.

Starting salary is $9 an hour.
