Bands to play Mooseheart benefit in Mount Prospect
Two area bands, Triple Shot and Band of the Lost, will perform in Mount Prospect Saturday night, Feb. 3, to raise money for Mooseheart.
The Mooseheart Benefit at Moose Lodge #660, 601 N. Main St., begins at 8 p.m. when Band of the Lost takes stage. Triple Shot's performance takes place from 10 to 11:30 p.m.
There is a $5 donation at the door. Proceeds benefit Mooseheart, a residential childcare facility located on a 1,000-acre campus 38 miles west of Chicago. Its Child City is a home for children and teens in need, from infancy through high school.
