Judson Global Outreach Teams prepare for May serving trips

Three Global Outreach teams from Judson University in Elgin will venture out on serving trips Sunday, May 7.

A team of 12 Judson students will head to Huánuco, Peru, to work with Paz y Esperanza and serve in various ways at a shelter for women/children who are victims of domestic/sexual abuse.

The student group will be led by Luke and Christine Wulbecker.

They will return Wednesday, May 18.

Another team of 11 students will leave for Uzhgorod, Ukraine, to work with International Teams and serve the community through various university outreach events and visits to a Radvanka gypsy community and a hospital for abandoned babies.

This group, led by Betsy Carr and Ginny Guth, will return Wednesday, May 17.

A team of three students will leave for Chicago, to work with the Sunshine Gospel Ministries in the Woodlawn neighborhood. They will do work projects in the community and visit various organizations in the Woodlawn community.

This group will be led by Hannah Marvel and Pete Sandburg and will return Saturday, May 13.
